woah! i survived the days without internet. i made it, thks to my handphone and psp. wahahaha. so much happened these days and i had no whr to throw al my thoughts to. so lets list frm day one without internet to today.
day one (8 july)
the day i shifted to my gmum hse. so i lost my only connection to internet. haha. i rmb meeting qris, allan and hy for meb project at PCC. tat place super nice to slack n hang around. although the food ar.. nice but abit expensive. oh yah then hy went off 1st and we found out he was actually queueing for DOUGHNUTS at doughnutfactory. the queue looked damn short in the 1st place. then actually the real thing is the queue was made up of 3 spilt queues which makes it super long. so we waited 1hr++ and finally it was our turn. while waiting rite, we gave alot of crap suggestions such as the PAY FOR QUEUE idea. it means we would queue and sell our "queue positions" for 10dollars.
Calculations to prove that it is better than part-time most places. (:assume number of hour work = 8hrs
average pay for part-time = $6.00
assume waiting time average = 1hr
assume queue positions price - $10.00
Working part-timeamount of pay get = average pay for part time x working hours
= $6 x 8hrs
= $48
Selling doughnut factory queue positionsamount of pay get = cost of queue postions x (working hours/average queue time)
= $10 x (8/1)hrs
= $80
other than u get more money this way, u get to play ur psp, chat on the phone during work, which u will nv get to do as a part-time unless ur father is the boss of tat particular company. however, there is some cons, like not able to go toilet when u wan to. and the queue pricing fluctuate alot, depending heavily on the queue length. the longer the better. (: other than tat u may want to tink again to quit and come sell queue positions.
